Refund Policy

As a Private Membership Association (PMA), all exchanges of goods, services, and support occur between members in a private capacity. By joining our PMA, you acknowledge and accept that this relationship exists outside of public commerce and standard commercial regulations.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our private membership offerings and the personal, hand-crafted, or limited nature of our products and services:

🔸 All sales are final.
🔸 We do not offer refunds or returns.

This policy allows us to operate with integrity, uphold the privacy of our members, and continue offering high-quality products and services sustainably.

Exceptions

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or credit at our sole discretion, depending on the circumstances.

To request a resolution, please email us at drew@montanamedicinecollective.com with:

  • Your name and membership info

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

Membership Contributions and Event Fees

All donations, contributions, or payments for services, workshops, or events are non-refundable, unless a cancellation is made by the Association.

Note: Because we operate privately under First and Fourteenth Amendment protections, by participating you agree to resolve all matters privately as fellow members, outside of the public regulatory system.
